Ben Hazeldine

Ben is a serial entrepreneur at heart; forging his own path for the last twenty years. He has founded and owned multiple businesses and, alongside this, established an award-winning charity working with disengaged & disaffected children in memory of his grandfather.

Ben’s sports coaching company started back in 2009, with Ben as a solopreneur delivering his own sessions, but has since evolved into a successful company with a team of over eighty staff running twelve dynamic programs spanning in-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Over the last few years, Ben has sold franchises of the company to make Future Stars an award-winning, nationally-recognised brand. His entrepreneurial vision and commitment to quality coaching have propelled the company to become a trusted provider in schools across the country.

Beyond his company, he’s shared his twenty years of organisational culture change expertise through corporate coaching for a variety of organisations, ranging from MBA students, new business owners and leadership teams of companies with thousands of employees and turnovers of billions of pounds. His dedication to growth and excellence continues to inspire athletes and professionals alike.

"I have used the Culture Deck with senior leadership groups in Network Rail. They provide a simple but highly thought provoking exercise for leaders to consider the culture they do and can create in their organisation. The cards provide the basis for an in-depth exploration by leaders at any level into the effect they are having on their teams, their peers and their organisation and the positive actions they can take to enhance performance through culture change. Leadership teams have also asked that I carry out the same exercise with their teams to check their understanding of the culture with what their teams thinks. Would highly recommend the use of the Culture Deck for use with all leaders. Simple, enjoyable but also transformative."
